The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a legend identifying distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
